OUR STORY.
Prior to establishing Bamboo Works, both founders collectively spent almost a decade in the remote working environment. For years on end, they were exposed to the Virtual Outsourcing Limbo. What’s that, you asked? Let us break it down for you.
- Learning that the world is changing and that businesses have to fight harder than ever to stay competitive.
- Finding good people is hard. Keeping them is expensive.
- There are a lot of agencies selling quick, cheap solutions. There’s not a lot that offers actual quality services and support.
It became evident to the founders (as it did to numerous other businesses), that they were facing a sobering reality: either to engage in outsourcing with the risk of lowering quality or to refrain from outsourcing, and pay the cost of time, energy, and frankly, money..
