To ensure seamless operations, they’ll request holidays in advance, following your company policy.  It is recommended to discuss your company’s holiday policy during onboarding, so they understand how to request days off and holidays in advance. Note that remote staff might have different national and religious holidays based on their location, which could differ from your local holidays.
